Contact forms Setup
Step 1: Navigate to Configuration>Contact form
Step 2: Choose type of your Contact form by clicking on one of these two options:
Contact Buttons - Contact form using a button (Customer clicks on contact button, a form will be shown)

Contact Buttons
Step 3 (Contact Buttons): Choose style of your Contact button: Side, Corner, Inline, Custom (from image or by writing own HTML code). All pre-defined designs can be customized easily.
Step 4 (Contact Buttons): In the next screen you can name your Contact form, select department that will handle the message initiated by the particular Contact button and choose the language to be used in the Contact form. Activate the contact form by checking the box.
Step 5 (Contact Buttons): By clicking the Button settings you can make changes to the design of Contact button.
Step 6 (Contact Buttons): To change the Contact form design click on the Contact form settings. To create more fields (name, email, phone, order ID, company, message...) navigate to Fields.
Step 7 (Contact Buttons): After having your Contact form set up according to your needs hit Save button.
Now navigate to the Integration section and place the following code before </body> of your page.
In-page Contact forms
Step 3 (In-page Forms): In the Overview section you can name your Contact form, select department that will handle the message initiated by the particular Contact button and choose the language to be used in the Contact form. Activate the contact form by checking the box.
Step 4 (In-page Forms): In Contact form settings you can change the Contact form design. To create more fields (name, email, phone, order ID, company, message...) navigate to Fields.
Step 5 (In-page Forms): After having your Contact form set up according to your needs hit Save button.
Now navigate to the Integration section and place the following code before </body> of your page.
