Integrera LiveAgent med Shopify


Integrating live chat to Shopify in 5 easy steps:

By using this method you will be able to see customer's orders in the ticket detail section.


Step 1

In your LiveAgent account navigate to Configuration>System>Plugins and click on Activate button in the "Shopify Integration" section.

Step 2

This plugin can be used in cooperation with a private App of your Shopify account. Login to your Shopify admin panel and navigate to Apps>Private Apps (top right). Create a private app and name it e.g. "LiveAgent".

Step 3

In the Permissions section select "Read and write" option for "Script tags in your store’s theme templates files".

Step 4

Now you can see it's credentials (API key, password...).

Step 5

Use the credentials from your Shopify private app when setting up the Shopify Integration plugin in LiveAgent.
